Please follow all current COVID advice.

We want to see you down at Hurley taking a look at what’s going on and hopefully being inspired to get involved. The best time and when there is the most going on is between 12:00 and 14:30 each day. Don’t worry if you can’t make those times there is always loads to look at and if there’s something specific, we publish a full schedule before the event so you’ll be able to work it out.

If you live in Hurley, then come from that side of the river. The gate to the island is open and you can walk across taking in the action as you go.
If you’re coming from anywhere else, then you’ll need to come in from the SAS side. Please don’t park in Hurley as there is very limited parking. The post code to aim for is SL7 2 EB and you will see signs at The SAS Institute directing you to parking. It’s a 500-metre walk from the parking to the event so please let us know if you need any assistance.

Wear stout shoes as it is an outdoor event.

Site entry is free but the event is run through Kayakojacko Ltd (Co number 05019306) as a community endeavour on a not for profit basis.
The Classic is broadcast live from Hurley with the support of SAS, nicecreation and a group of dedicated volunteering professionals. Check out the volunteer page if you'd like to get involved.
